How We Work

A Disciplined Path from Concept to Keys.

Every M2S engagement runs on the same four phase discipline, with defined deliverables the owner receives at each stage.

  1. 01

    Phase 01

    Define

We establish the owner's priorities, test assumptions, and turn the initial brief into a measurable delivery baseline. Scope, funding, schedule, and risk are aligned before commitments are made.

    What the owner receives

    1. 01Validated scope statement
    2. 02Baseline budget
    3. 03Master schedule
    4. 04Risk register
    5. 05Procurement strategy

Cadence: Weekly planning review, milestone approval with the owner.

  2. 02

    Phase 02

    Procure

We translate the agreed scope into a clear procurement package, evaluate contractor capability, and compare bids on a consistent basis. Recommendations are documented so the owner can make an informed award decision.

    What the owner receives

    1. 01Bid package
    2. 02Prequalified contractor shortlist
    3. 03Bid leveling analysis
    4. 04Contract recommendation

Cadence: Weekly procurement update, owner review at bid and award milestones.

  3. 03

    Phase 03

    Deliver

We maintain disciplined field oversight and make progress visible to the owner. Cost, schedule, quality, and emerging risks are reviewed together, with clear recommendations before changes affect the investment.

    What the owner receives

    1. 01Weekly progress reports
    2. 02Budget variance tracking
    3. 03Change order review and recommendation
    4. 04Quality and safety audits
    5. 05Monthly owner meetings

    Phase 04

    Close

We coordinate acceptance, verify outstanding work, and organize the records needed to operate the asset. Closeout is managed as a defined phase rather than an afterthought, with responsibilities tracked through handoff.
