The Challenge
The consolidated rental car facility required gap work on low voltage systems, including structured cabling, access control, and communications, in an operating environment where downtime affects travelers and tenants. Scope lived across several contracts, so gaps and overlaps were the real risk.
Our Approach
As the owner's technical representative, M2S reviewed submittals and shop drawings against specifications, walked installations daily, maintained a deficiency log with clear responsibility, and witnessed testing so every circuit, device, and panel was verified before acceptance.
The Outcome
Systems were accepted with complete test reports, labeled as built documentation, and a closed deficiency log. The owner gained a clear record of what was installed, by whom, and to what standard, protecting the asset for future maintenance and expansion.
